We are currently working with a Local Authority in Cardiff to appoint an experienced Adolescent Resource Centre Support Worker to join their team!
As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver structured, evidence-based interventions directly to youths and families in need. By fostering positive outcomes and empowering families to develop problem-solving skills and resilience, you will play a crucial role in shaping brighter futures.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured, evidence-based interventions directly to youths and families in need.
- Foster positive outcomes and empower families to develop problem-solving skills and resilience.
- Provide swift crisis response to address and mitigate risks of family breakdown.
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to support adolescents and their families effectively.
- Conduct assessments to identify the needs of adolescents and families and develop tailored intervention plans.
