Spencer Clarke Group are looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Local Authority client and work closely with Occupational Therapists to support individuals of all ages in achieving their rehabilitation goals and improving their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Work directly with clients to implement therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Provide support and encouragement to individuals during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of relevant regulations and best practices in occupational therapy.
