Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside Hackney Learning Trust to provide them a with a Children & Families Information Manager (Remote Working) join their team on a Contract Basis!

** Full Time to start ASAP (6 Month ongoing) **

Rate – £210 to £220 per day inside ir35 – (negotiable dependent upon experience

Your role;

  • To be the accountable person assisting with the delivery of any data for statutory returns across Children’s Social Care (CSC) that it is  possible to provide  in the current absence of the MOSAIC system following a cyber attack on all council IT systems in October 2020.   (including but not limited SSDA903, CIN Census, workforce return, Ofsted annual fostering return), providing Director of Children’s, Adult’s and Community Health Senior Management Team (CESMT) with feedback regarding the likely impact on Hackney Children’s and Families Services of these returns in a timely, quality fashion for their sign-off.
  • To ensure that corporate LBH performance management process requirements are fulfilled, on behalf of CESMT, through collaborative working with senior managers across CFS.
  • To work with the head of Strategy, Performance and Governance on the provision of corporate responses in relation to the ongoing evaluation of Hackney Learning Trust (HLT).
  • To ensure clarity of performance reporting produced across MISA, ensuring that management information is of a high standard (shared with Systems Administration Manager).
  • To ensure strong working relationships with performance and data colleagues across  CFS directorate, enabling MISA to influence approaches taken to management information practice.
  • To be the accountable person for the design and implementation of service performance management policies, practices and the delivery of associated products.
  • To respond to management information enquiries and commissions and ensure the delivery of quality products that can inform decision making and practice.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • A minimum 5 years’ experience in working with LA Children’s Social Care services data, statistical reporting, MI systems (ideally Servelec MOSAIC/Framework i) and statutory returns to central government (SSDA 903, CiN Census, adoption and fostering).
