Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside Hackney Council to provide them a with a Quality Assurance Manager (CQC) join their team on a Contract Basis!

Rate – £24.13 to £30 per hour Negotiable depending upon experience. 

Your Role

  • Ensuring the quality assurance processes within the CQC registered services within Adult Services are robust, operating effectively, and compliant with regulations.
  • Monitor and oversee the delivery of a comprehensive internal quality assurance framework for the related services, developing and embedding innovative quality assurance and improvement processes.
  • upport staff to improve quality and embed a culture of quality improvement across services, through quality assurance audits, coaching and identifying training needs. – To oversee the roll out of an electronic care planning system.
  • Keep abreast of updates in relevant regulatory frameworks, policy and best practice, and implement changes to ensure services are meeting requirements.
  • Ensure service users and staff are involved in shaping and driving quality improvements.
  • Supervise and oversee the work of three administrative staff.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • The successful post holder will demonstrate their ability to:
  • Develop comprehensive service quality improvement plans based on data and feedback from service users and staff
  • Implement data recording and analysis processes to ensure effective management and utilisation of quality assurance data
  • Carry out quality assurance audits and mock inspections, using a robust and thorough approach whilst communicating sensitively and clearly with those involved
  • Use excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and develop and maintain highly effective working relationships with a range of people
  • Converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English
  • Utilise excellent literacy skills in order to produce well-structured and high quality reports including reports to CQC, improvement plans, and briefings to senior stakeholders
