Spencer Clarke Group are working alongside a client who are seeking someone to be responsible for the project outputs of the Workspace & FM Team which will include Building Disposal, Acquisition, Moves and Refurbishments managed under CDM across our operating regions in south west of England. 

The workspaces are a mixture of offices, operational units and yards, this is a large role and we are seeking an experienced applicant to undertake and grow into this opportunity. 

You will also lead, empower, and develop the Facilities Team ensuring 100% compliance for all workspaces under your control.

  
Your duties as a FM Project Lead

  • You will lead the delivery of a range of facilities management services.
  • Provide mentoring for the wider Workspace & FM Team with regards to complex problems with a technical bias.
  • Work with key stakeholders ensuring that the project delivery remains on time and budget through effective communications and management
  • Produce Quarterly Reports which provide an overview of the team’s performance and standards

The reuqirments to be a FM Project Lead 

  • Established background in Engineering or a built environment trade.
  • Hold an IWFM or RICS qualification in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management and be a current member of the IWFM.
  • Be qualified to a Nebosh General certificate standard in Health & Safety with potentially Nebosh Construction and / or Fire Safety and Risk Management.
  • Demonstrate a wealth of experience managing complex building disposals and acquisition projects.
