Our Client, Rotherham Council are looking for a Head of Innovation & Change to lead on an interim contract with the council on 6-month contract with a view to being extended on an ongoing basis.
Reporting Directly to the Chief Executive will have responsibility for delivering against Council wide transformation programmes in order to achieve sustainable financial savings whilst ensuring services continue to meet the required outcomes of the Council.
Contract Details
Start Date – 1st March 2021.
Working Pattern – 3 days per week.
Pay Scale – £440 – £550 per day.
About the Role:
Responsibility for delivering against the Council’s wide transformation programmes in order to achieve sustainable financial savings whilst ensuring services continue to meet the required outcomes of the Council.
The post holder will play a key role in working with Elected Members, Commissioners, Strategic Directors and their management teams to provide challenge to all in order to drive the required change.
