Headteacher (Primary) **
We are seeking an experienced Headteacher to lead a specialist SEMH school in Truro. You will drive a relentless focus on delivering a high-quality, broad, and balanced curriculum tailored to the needs of our pupils, fostering positive outcomes and personal development. Location: Truro.
Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only.
Start Date: ASAP.
Salary: From £85,000 per annum dependent on experience. £2,000 Welcome Bonus (T&Cs apply) plus non contractual bonus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding education for pupils with SEMH and associated needs.
- Develop and implement innovative approaches to improve school performance and pupil outcomes.
- Act as an ambassador for Acorn Education, building strong partnerships with parents, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
Essential criteria
- Qualified Teacher Status of Equivalent.
- Willingness to extend personal and professional development.
- Prior experience as a senior leader in an SEN school.
- Ability to lead and provide a clear vision.
