Spencer Clarke Group are working closely alongside Waltham Forest Council to provide them a with a Insight & Service Improvement (Remote Working) join their team on a Contract Basis!

** Full Time to start ASAP (6 Month ongoing) **

Rate – £17.50 per hour – (negotiable dependent upon experience) 

Purpose

• To proactively contribute to identifying continuous improvement initiatives, developing business intelligence to identify changes and solutions, which improve the resolution of Members Enquiries and complaints across Housing Operations on a day to day basis for our customers.
• Collate customer satisfaction information across the Service to identify the success of our service provision and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• To deliver a high quality comprehensive and consistent approach to dealing with Members Enquiries, FOIS, complaints and dissatisfied customers across the Service.  
• ·         To capture, investigate and respond to complaints and compliments for the Housing Service and monitor progress.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Specialist knowledge and experienced in data analytics carrying out in depth analysis including qualitative and quantitative and insight reporting with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience of working and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify insight needs and develops proposals/briefs
• The ability to translate complex data into easy to understand visuals and formats such as infographics and dashboards.
• Understanding of various customer insight and data collection methods including customer journey mapping
• Ability to identify improvements to processes and systems and to share the recommendations with the wider team.
• Effective team player who can work collaboratively with customers, colleagues and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise workloads, working to tight strict deadlines in a pressurised environment, whilst always paying excellent attention to detail and keeping accurate records.
• Excellent written communication skills including grammar, spelling, punctuation, for effective correspondence with customers, report writing and statistical work.
