My client in Greater London is looking to appoint talented NEC Systems Analyst on a Contract basis.
This role is responsible for the configuration and completion of the CRM / Customer Service Module implementation for NEC Housing.
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- To configure CRM scripts within NEC housing
- To set up NEC Communication Suite documents that are needed as part of the CRM project
- To provide resilience to the App Support team during busy periods on NEC housing
- Investigating, diagnosing and resolving system issues
- Writing SQL queries, leading on system development and implementation of new and emerging functionality
- Coordinating testing of CRM scripts and other changes within NEC housing
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Proven experience of supporting NEC (Northgate) Housing Systems, ideally from both front and backend perspectives
- Experience of NEC's customer service module
- An understanding of Business processes and practices relating to the provision of housing
- Strong Technical skills including the ability to write Oracle SQL and implement solutions

- Salary: £500-£600+ per day
