Our Local Authority Client are recruiting an Occupational Therapist to support their Adult Services across Lancashire, on a locum contract initially.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide creative and empathetic support to help individuals achieve goals and live independently in their own homes.
• Contribute to "Living Better Lives in Lancashire," a strength-based vision for innovative social care.
• Conduct holistic, face-to-face occupational therapy assessments to maximise individual's function and quality of life.
• Set, review, and evaluate therapeutic goals, supporting the creation of person-centred, proportionate support plans.

Requirements:

• Have a degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
• Have post qualification experience in health or social care settings.
