Spencer Clarke Group are currently working with a client based in Bury, Greater Manchester. Our client is seeking an experienced Pensions Account Executive to join their growing team.

Our client is looking for someone with good Pensions experience. You will ensure that all pension schemes are operating effectively whilst providing a high level of support to clients and their advisers.

For this role you will need previous/current knowledge of Pensions and have the ability to discuss technical enquiries but refer appropriately to the Technical team.

A brief overview of the role is:

  • Processing pension payroll
  • Setting up new pension schemes
  • Amending existing schemes
  • Handling investments and disinvestments
  • Processing new scheme members and employers and removing existing members and employers
  • Pension payroll processing
  • Processing scheme anniversary packs and processing invoices
  • Updating the system
  • Processing cheques into the bank and updating bank mandates
  • Chasing transfers
  • Carrying out the Pensions Regulator and Information Commissioners registrations, renewals and direct debits
  • Administrative tasks as required and much more!
