The roles are Full Time and operates on a 6+Month ongoing contract We are looking to get people started as soon as possible.
The Daily rate is £200+ Negotiable dependent upon experience and we are hoping to get someone started as soon as possible.

We are currently recruiting a Planning Enforcement Project Manager to handle a wide range of planning enforcement investigations specifically drawn to our attention through the Private Rented Property Licensing Team. The Council’s Housing service is under increasing demand to provide good quality accommodation. The recent introduction of the private rented licensing scheme means that every privately rented home in the Waltham Forest must apply for a private rented property license. We need a Planning Enforcement Project Manager who is experienced in investigating breaches of planning legislation, who is motivated and enthusiastic to join our Planning Enforcement Team.
Essentially this will involve the reactive and pro-active enforcing of breaches of planning control including unauthorised developments, flat conversions, beds in sheds and unauthorised changes of use and any subsequent appeals. The candidate will be responsible for managing all the cases specifically referred to us by the Private Rented Property Licensing Team, investigating them and taking appropriate action in a timely manner.
