Spencer Clarke Group are working alongside an NHS trust to hire Recruitment & Resourcing Coordinators located in Bedfordshire.
You will be required to coordinate all recruitment activities for the Trust, in line with Trust policy and the corporate workforce training plan, under the direction of the Head of HR.
You will help ensure the overall approach used to deliver recruitment initiatives are aligned to the Trust Workforce Strategy, by ensuring the recruitment process is appropriately delivered, time effective, high quality, and responsive to the needs of the Trust.
