We understand the significance of recognising and rewarding high achievers within the four departments which make up Spencer Clarke Group.
Not only do we celebrate high achievers on a monthly and quarterly basis, we also award Employees of the Year at the Spencer Clarke Group christmas party.

A joint ‘Employee of the Year’ winner along with Thomas Humphreys, this is the second consecutive year in which Marketing Manager Debbie Holden has claimed this prestigious accolade.

EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
A joint ‘Employee of the Year’ winner along with Debbie Holden, Business Manager Thomas Humphreys claimed the title through his instrumental role in Spencer Clarke Group gaining its ISO accreditation in 2023.
Richard Shorrock
TOP BILLER - OVERALL
In a year where Richard Shorrock scooped multiple awards, Richard was also promoted to Spencer Clarke Groups first Divisional Manager.

In addition to this accolade, Richard Shorrock also scooped ‘Best Temporary Consultant’ at the 2023 Global Recruiter Awards for his services to SEND recruitment. This award demonstrates that Richards transformative impact is felt beyond the four walls of Spencer Clarke Group.

Along with being crowned Culture Champion twice in 2023, Recruitment Consultant, Adam Pickering claimed this accolade in his first full year as a recruiter.

A recognition which Principal Consultant, Chris Wilkinson has claimed for two consecutive years, Chris has a remarkable track record of successful placements and satisfied clients. Winning two years on the bounce demonstrates Chris’ enduring impact and dedication to his craft.
Rosie Alty
SUPPORT OF THE YEAR
In Rosie Alty’s first full year with Spencer Clarke Group, she has claimed this much coveted award for her hard work and commitment to supporting back office operations. In 2023, Rosie was also promoted to Senior Compliance Officer!
Richard Shorrock
MANAGER OF THE YEAR
As well as demonstrating impressive personal records, Richard Shorrock has also led his team to success winning ‘Team of the Quarter’ twice in 2023!
Education
TEAM OF THE YEAR
For this hotly contended award, it was the education team, managed by Jamie Heath, who claimed the title after an exceptional year of growth. Now a team of 11, the education team have demonstrated what can be achieved when you work hard and as part of a team.
Destiny Buck
CULTURE CHAMPION
It was Recruitment Consultant, Destiny Buck who claimed this award after fully immersing herself into Spencer Clarke Group culture! In 2023, Destiny and 5 colleagues formed the ‘Happiness Heroes’ to bring joy to the office which includes organising summer socials and breakfast clubs!
Ellie Cutts
UNSUNG HERO
Working hard behind the scenes, it was Marketing Assistant, Ellie Cutts who claimed the title of Unsung Hero for her marketing efforts, charity work and dedication to office culture - which includes keeping our office plants alive!
Niall Murphy
BEST NEWCOMER
Senior Consultant, Niall Murphy claimed the Best Newcomer award through his positive impact on the education team and wider office - which includes keeping us entertained with his angelic singing voice!
Sophie Payne
MOST IMPROVED
It was Senior Consultant, Sophie Payne, who scooped the Most Improved award! After joining us in 2022, Sophie has demonstrated what can be achieved through resilience and hard work.
