To design and deliver a more coordinated system of support for children, young people (up to the age of 25) and their families, The Children and Families Act 2014 introduced Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans (replacing Statements of SEN) and duties on local statutory partners to work together.

We work closely with councils to supply them with qualified and experienced SEND specialists with expert knowledge to implement reform. This includes specialists in clearing backlogs of Annual Reviews,  EHC Plan writing, preparation of Statements of Action and post 16 transitions into further education.
