Hi, I’m Adam!
After graduating with a PE degree from St Martin’s college, I chose to pursue a career in recruitment and I haven’t looked back since. Over the past 14 years, I've recruited teaching and support staff for primary, secondary and SEN schools.
After 9 years at my previous company, I made the decision to join Spencer Clarke Group to support their education recruitment division.
I typically recruit for Teachers, Teaching Assistant’s, SEN Teachers and SEN Teaching Assistants.
I really enjoy it when I can help candidates secure their ideal role and find great satisfaction in developing positive, long-standing relationships with schools. My experience in the education sector has helped me understand exactly what makes a successful education professional.
At Spencer Clarke Group, my aim is to establish myself as a reliable and trusted leader in the education division and to build a team of my own.
Outside of work I like to keep fit by running, going to the gym and playing golf, football and badminton.
