Hi I’m Caitlin!
I began my career with an apprenticeship in Business Administration where I obtained a level 3 qualification.
I then decided business administration wasn’t the career for me so I joined the wonderful world of recruitment where I worked as a Recruitment Compliance Coordinator. Seeing the ins and outs of recruitment sparked my interest and that’s when I decided to start my journey as a Recruitment Consultant!
At Spencer Clarke Group, I'm responsible for recruiting within Substance Misuse & Outreach Health Services nationwide.
I love working in recruitment because I enjoy engaging with people and helping individuals find their dream job.
While working at Spencer Clarke Group, my goal is to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, you'll find me exploring new spots for good food and drinks!
