Dane Matthews

Hi. I’m Dane!
I specialise in Education & SEND and Public Sector, recruiting for senior leadership roles in the South of the UK.
Before joining the world of recruitment, I had a few different job roles, one of those being a footballer and a football coach in the US for a very short time. I also worked in the fashion and hospitality industries.
Working in hospitality, I learnt many skills which I transferred over into recruitment, one of those being people skills! I pride myself on developing relationships with my candidates and I take great pleasure in connecting people with jobs to further their career.
I’m always looking to speak with professionals who are searching for a new career opportunity, in particular within senior leadership positions and social work, so if you’re searching for a new job, let’s chat!
