Emma Dobson

Hi, I’m Emma!
Before joining Spencer Clarke Group, I worked as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant before progressing to my Primary Teacher training.
After completing a three-year course, I decided to go into primary recruitment. I loved the fast-paced work environment and communicating with schools whilst providing a high quality service.
After leaving this position, I started my role as a School Facilities Recruitment Consultant at Spencer Clarke Group where I supply all kinds of facilities staff into educational settings.
I always aim to develop my relationships with clients and candidates in order to successfully assist them with their recruitment requirements.
In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with friends and family and going on as many weekends away as possible!
