Meet Jamie.

Hi, I’m Jamie!

I have worked in education recruitment since 2014, specialising in helping schools to recruit everything from Teaching Assistants all the way up to Headteachers.

Over the last 8 years, I have specialised in SEND, working with SEND and mainstream schools who cater to the 1:1 needs of their students. I am really honoured to have worked with some fantastic clients due to the amazing service which they offer their students.

I have helped countless staff into work and many of them have gone on to work at the school permanently. It still gives me that buzz - even 10 years down the line - of finding someone their dream role. It’s one of the best parts of the job!

As well as working with experienced Teachers and Teaching Assistants, I love working with graduates who are fresh out of University and searching for their first role. Whether they are looking to gain extra experience within mental health or start their career in a school, I have always found graduates to be an excellent option for schools.

Outside of work, I love to travel and I take every opportunity to get out of the country. My partner and I are slowly working our way around all the European cities!
