Josh Draycott

Hi, I'm Josh!
I began my career working as a Health and Fitness Club Manager before deciding to pursue a career in recruitment.
Working as a Health and Fitness Club Manager helped me to develop strong communication skills, which are essential in any industry, especially recruitment.
I began my recruitment journey specialising in accountancy and finance for three years, before joining Spencer Clarke Group.
I'm now responsible for recruiting within the planning sector, connecting Town Planners with local authorities across the United Kingdom.
I love working in recruitment as it’s rewarding to know you’ve helped someone find a role suited to their skills and potentially made a big difference to their life.
Outside of recruitment, my days are often busy as I have a little boy called Jude. When I do get a moment, you’ll find me on the golf course!
