Meet Kaitlan.

Hi I’m Kaitlan! 

I began my career working as a Senior Sales Negotiator at an estate agent. After three years developing my communication skills in this role, I took on the challenge of managing a family catering business as its Director. 

Throughout this role, I learnt how to keep paperwork up to date for inspections and completed my own bookkeeping. This was a demanding role but it taught me how to multitask, an essential skill for succeeding in recruitment.

As Director, I had the responsibility of hiring new staff, which sparked my passion for recruitment and led me to my role as Associate Consultant at Spencer Clarke Group. I work alongside our school facilities recruitment team and I’m very proud of my great relationship with our schools and candidates.

I’m responsible for sourcing Cleaners, Catering Assistants, Administrators and Site Managers, nationwide. 

A key part of my role is ensuring candidates meet the necessary qualifications and experience for their desired role, while keeping them fully informed throughout the recruitment process.

At Spencer Clarke Group, I hope to achieve a stable and enjoyable career and would love to progress into a senior position in the future. 

In my spare time I love to stay active, whether that's going for a walk with my two dogs, playing netball or going skiing!
