Meet Paul.

After studying Sports Science at University, I qualified as a PE Teacher and for a few years, taught in excluded children’s schools across the Blackpool area.

I then decided to take some time out to travel and for 7 years I worked and lived in 5 different countries! 

After spreading my wings and working on superyachts during covid, I decided I wanted to explore a career within education further and fell into the world of recruitment… The rest is history! 

The buzz of finding a person their dream job is one of my favourite parts about working in recruitment. Knowing I’ve played a part in somebody making a positive step in their career gives me a lot of job satisfaction.

Within my career, I am always looking to improve my skills and continue to grow within my role. In my spare time, I enjoy travelling (I’ve recently visited my 36th country), going to the gym and watching live sport!
