How long have you worked at Spencer Clarke Group?
I began my journey at Spencer Clarke Group in February 2023 and it was the best decision of my life.
What markets do you specialise in?
I specialise in education, recruiting for SEN schools across Greater Manchester and East Lancashire.
What do you love most about what you do?
I love building relationships with my candidates and speaking to new clients. I am a big people person so being able to communicate with people all day is what I love!
What motivates you at work?
I am driven by my ambition and competitiveness which fuels my motivation when it comes to competitions held here. My ambitious nature pushes me to be the best I can be, while my competitive drive compels me to aim for a win in every competition that takes place.
How would you describe working at Spencer Clarke Group?
It's like a home away from home. Everyone is so friendly and supportive of each other and there isn't a day that I don't look forward to coming into work.
Tell us about your career path so far.
I graduated from university in July 2022 and I went straight into recruitment for another firm working in compliance. Then I joined SCG and I haven't looked back since!
How would your colleagues describe you?
I think they would describe me as outgoing, fun, a team player, competitive and loud (in a good way though).
Where are we most likely to find you outside of work?
You will most likely find me at a karaoke bar! No matter where I am, you will always find me in one.

I take fancy dress really seriously.
What’s next for you at Spencer Clarke Group?
I have had a whirlwind of a career so far within Spencer Clarke Group! I have experienced so much progression already and I am so excited to see where I can take my career - success is the only thing I can be sure about!

What three items would you take with you to a deserted island?
A long rope, an axe and a camera (to document me building a raft and coming home).
Do you have any pets?
I used to have 2 rabbits called Ant and Dec.
Do you have any hidden talents?
I believe that I am psychic.
What’s the best gig you’ve been to?
I'm yet to see Gerry Cinnamon but I guarantee that it will be the best!
What animal is your spirit animal?
A monkey because I like to make people laugh.

Country music.
