Meet the Team - Natalie Boaler

We recently caught up with Senior Consultant, Natalie Boaler, to discover more about her hidden talent and what advice she’d give to her younger self.

How long have you worked at Spencer Clarke Group?

I started working at Spencer Clarke Group in July 2023. Everyone was really welcoming and friendly. Compared to other recruitment agencies I have worked at, this has been most supportive and rewarding.

What markets do you specialise in?

I specialise in educational psychology, clinical psychology, speech and language therapy and occupational therapy recruitment. I work a number of temporary, interim and permanent roles in the public and private sector across the whole of the UK. 

What do you love most about what you do?

I love finding candidates their desired roles. With the roles they work in, it means they are helping young and vulnerable people.

Due to my previous work background working with vulnerable people and children I think it's very important to find someone who is passionate about helping these individuals.

What motivates you at work?

I love being challenged with hard-to-fill roles! Also, finding people that are the right match, pairing people up based on ethos and personal beliefs and having a nice working environment also motivates me. 

How would you describe working at Spencer Clarke Group?

Spencer Clarke Group is a great place to work, everyone is so supportive! Your hard work never goes unnoticed and you are always appreciated. It’s by far the best place I have ever worked.  

Tell us about your career path so far

I started my career as a Teaching Assistant working within the people referral unit for children aged 4-10. I then got into private healthcare recruitment which I did for over a year. I found I had more of a passion for healthcare recruitment, saw the opportunity to pursue this at Spencer Clarke Group and I grabbed it with both hands!

How would your colleagues describe you?

I think they would describe me as hardworking, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about my sector.

Where are we most likely to find you outside of work?

You would likely find me with my 2 little girls or at the pub!

I'm a mum of 2 toddlers.

What’s next for you at Spencer Clarke Group?

I want to continue building my desk and connecting exceptional candidates with great opportunities. Also, I want to help support some big companies with part of their AHP recruitment.

A hat, my phone and a bottle of rum!

No, I don't.

I'm double jointed!

Arctic Monkeys and Chase and Status. 

What animal is your spirit animal?

A dolphin.

Going out for food and drinks!
