I am currently working with an impressive & long standing company based in the Lancaster area to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis, full time basis.
The business is long standing & steeped in history, and with that has a very loyal, expanding client base.
They ae looking for an experienced and driven Accounts Assistant to manage the complex invoicing needs and provide support for the accounts function.
The team is really steady, traditional, hard working & all have a fab sense of humour so we are looking for someone that can slot into the team and do a great job!
Duties include:
- Day-to-day payments, receipts, electronic payments, and general accounts duties
- Arranging financial reports
- Production & review of financial statements.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations.
- Responsibility for all customer accounts ensuring that all balance and are regularly reviewed
- Credit control
Skills required for success:
- Experience within Accounts Payable/Purchase ledger/Accounts role
- Great communication skills
- Strong analytical & Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working within Legal Sector is desirable but not essential
What's on offer
- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
