We are looking for an Assistant Head of Maths with a strong track record of raising standards and improving outcomes for pupils. We want to hear from passionate educators who are ready to step into a middle leadership role or middle leaders looking to further extend their experience.
The Role:
As Assistant Head of Maths, you will:
- Lead and support the Maths faculty in delivering an engaging, knowledge-rich curriculum for all learners.
- Coach and inspire colleagues to achieve both individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to drive outstanding progress.
- Monitor student performance and establish interventions to ensure exceptional results.
This role is available ASAP, subject to notice periods, and offers the chance to be part of a school committed to leadership, character development, and academic excellence.
Who We're Looking For:
- Hold a degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
- Have a consistent history of delivering excellent results and raising attainment.
- Possess the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Demonstrate strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
