Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Registration: Utilize the IAPTUS system to register patients efficiently and accurately.
• Demographic Information: Gather demographic information from patients, maintaining updated and comprehensive records.
• Safety Checks: Conduct thorough safety checks to ensure the well-being of patients throughout their engagement with the service.
• Appointment Booking: Manage the booking process for patient assessments, coordinating with clinicians to optimise schedules.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organised records.

Requirements:

• Mental Health Experience: Previous experience in a mental health setting is essential.
• IAPTUS Proficiency: Familiarity with the IAPTUS system is highly desirable.
• Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
• Team Player: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.
