Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Care Co-ordinator for a Local Authority Client based in North London.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive assessment and care management services to support individuals with learning disabilities.

About the role:

You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives:

  • Perform assessments, create and review care plans, and handle safeguarding cases.
  • Work closely with service users, carers, and other professionals to coordinate care.
  • Manage resources within budget guidelines and maintain precise documentation.
  • Follow council policies, uphold health and safety standards, and promote inclusivity and equality.

About you:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • Experience in conducting assessments, creating care plans, and managing safeguarding cases.
  • Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams in health and social care settings.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
  • Proficiency in using information management systems and adhering to financial policies.

What's on offer:

Salary: £19+ph

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 3-6, months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
