Make a Difference: SEN Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant (Blackpool) - Multiple Opportunities 

Do you have a passion for supporting young people and a knack for de-escalating challenging situations?

Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in FY4, Blackpool. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with special educational needs (SEN) who exhibit challenging behaviour.

About You:

  • Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour is essential (TA qualification not required).
  • A calm and positive approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with students and manage behaviour in line with the school's policy.
  • A flexible and adaptable team player with a commitment to inclusion.
