£41,475 - £44,648 per annum+ £5000 Welcome Bonus

Full-Time, Permanent - 37.5hrs

Various shifts - days/weekends/nights

Spencer Clarke Group are on the lookout for an experienced Charge Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our private client who are committed to providing exceptional care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach. The post holder will operate within a Hospital setting, encompassing two Acute wards and two PICU wards.

As a Charge Nurse, you'll be leading the way and being an example for the nursing team. We are looking for someone who can help the junior staff in their professional development, through excellent and effective clinical leadership, mentoring, teaching and sharing of knowledge and practice.

Requirements:

• Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an ACTIVE, NMC PIN Registration.
• Possess, or be ready to develop effective decision making skills
