We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority in Bradford to appoint a passionate and dedicated Children's Home Registered Manager to lead and manage their Children's Home!

As a Registered Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals who strive to provide high-quality care for children in need.

You will lead and manage the staff team in supporting the day to day physical and emotional needs of the children and young people in accordance with Racial, Cultural, Religious, linguistic and dietary needs.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Lead, manage and supervise the day-to-day running of the children's home, ensuring it meets the needs of children in care and complies with regulatory standards
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, staff, families, social workers and other professionals
  • Recruit, train, manage and support a team of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team to ensure effective delivery of service
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure financial sustainability
  • Ensure that children in the home are safeguarded and their welfare is promoted at all times

To be a successful candidate you MUST have the following:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services with Children and Young People’s Residential Management Pathway or equivalent.
