Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Psychologist to Join our private clients in Grimsby, a specialist service for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Your Role:
- Delivering individual and group interventions.
- Conducting diagnostic and cognitive assessments.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussions and risk assessments.
- Facilitating staff reflective practice sessions.
- Designing and delivering training sessions for staff.
- You will work therapeutically with service users who present with complex needs, utilizing a range of structured psychometric tools and clinical methods. By formulating and implementing evidence-based psychological treatments, you will help shape care plans that make a lasting impact.
What We're Looking For:
- A BPS-recognised Psychology degree.
- HCPC registration.
- Chartered Psychologist status and relevant post-graduate qualifications.
- Experience applying psychological knowledge in clinical settings.
- Familiarity with working with clients with cognitive deficits.
- An understanding of evidence-based psychological practices.
- Experience conducting research and contributing to projects.
- Being an approved supervisor within the guidelines of the BPS and relevant division would be an added advantage.
