Our Private Client are recruiting a Consultant Occupational Therapist for their Special SEMH School in Wokingham for a locum contract initially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the line management and supervision of the Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students with SEMH needs.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, including EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) reviews.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy, registered with HCPC
• Sensory Integrated Trained
• ADOS trained not required, but experience working with children with autsim would be desired.
• Experience working within a specialist school setting.
