We are seeking a Customer Service Agent for a Local Authority Client based in North London.

 

In this role, you will connect residents with the support they need and to seamlessly connect them with services that they require.

 

About the role:

You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives:

  • Conduct conversations with residents to identify underlying needs and issues.
  • Collaborate with other services to embed prevention and early intervention, ensuring residents with complex needs receive wrap-around support.
  • Handle complex enquiries across various channels (telephone, face-to-face, email).
  • Use technology systems to provide accurate advice and maintain records.

 

About you:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • Experience in complex customer service delivery, preferably in a front-line service provider environment.
  • Experience in the public sector or similar resident-focused roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

 

What’s on offer

Salary: £19+per hour

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

 

Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension

 

Hours:  Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week
