Disposals Surveyor
Location: East Midlands
Contract: 12-months interim
Pay: Inside IR35 – Negotiable DOE
Our client, a local authority in the East Midlands, is seeking a qualified Chartered Surveyor for a hands-on role as a Disposals Surveyor on a 12-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will be experienced in reviewing commercial and operational assets, conducting options appraisals, preparing business cases, and handling associated valuation aspects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review commercial and operational assets for disposal.
- Conduct options appraisals and prepare business cases.
- Manage the disposal process from inception to completion.
- Procure and manage external agents and consultants as needed.
- Handle both routine and complex disposals matters.
Requirements
- Chartered Surveyor MRICS
- Experience in reviewing commercial and operational assets.
- Proficiency in conducting options appraisals and preparing business cases.
- Ability to manage the disposal process from start to finish.
- Experience in procuring and managing external agents and consultants.
- Hands-on approach to handling disposals matters.
