As an Educational Psychologist you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and emotional well-being of children and young people. The role offers flexibility in terms of working arrangements, allowing you to choose between remote or face-to-face interactions. This position is outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive statutory assessments to understand the diverse needs of children and young people.
• Collaborating with schools, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies to support positive outcomes.
• Providing consultation and training to school staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Offering advice on educational placements and interventions to meet the unique needs of individuals.
• Demonstrating flexibility in managing your caseload to ensure timely and effective support.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Doctorate in Educational Psychology or equivalent qualification.
• HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist.
• Experience in completing statutory assessments and providing evidence-based interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
