Finance Manager
a Local Authority in South London who are looking to appoint a talented Finance Manager on an Interim basis are working with Spencer Clarke Group to find their next successful candidate.
About the role:
Based in South London (Hybrid):
The role requires the successful candidate to lead by example and manage the Financial Management team within the Adult Social Care and Public Health directorate with the primary aim of delivering an outstanding finance business partnering service.
What's on offer:
- Rate of Pay: £550 per day, inside IR35.
*negotiable based on experience

- Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
About you:
You will have the following experience:
Understanding of legislation affecting local government finance and service delivery including legislation affecting Adult Social Care Services.
Experience of advising and supporting senior managers on key strategic matters relating to finance including undertaking complex financial calculations, options appraisals, sensitivity analysis and variance analysis.
Qualifications: CCAB (ACCA, CIPFA, CIMA) preferably. If not AAT fully qualified or PQ CCAB.
