About the Role
As a cover teacher, you will step into classrooms to deliver pre-prepared lessons when teachers are absent. This role offers a unique opportunity to build classroom management skills, engage with pupils, and experience the rewarding environment of a school setting first-hand.
What You'll Be Doing

• Leading pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
• Supporting pupils' learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring pupils stay on task.
• Gaining experience in different subjects and key stages.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to gain practical experience in schools. While no formal teaching qualifications are required, the ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
• A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting their learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
