We're offering FREE Cover Supervisor training for anyone looking to kick start their career in education but is unsure where to start!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively utilising the school's behaviour policy.
- Provide feedback to students and staff.
The Requirements:
Must Have:
- A passion for working with young people and helping them succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, resilience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice To Have:
- Experience working with young people in a school, youth or similar setting.
- Knowledge of classroom management strategies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
