Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Head of Clinical Services. Join our private client, supporting both private patients and NHS Right to Choose referrals. Lead a multidisciplinary team, drive clinical excellence, and contribute strategically to our client's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee ADHD & Autism assessments (DIVA, ADOS, ADIR) and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Lead complex case management and maintain clinical reporting standards.
- Supervise and mentor Clinical Psychologists, Psychiatrists, OTs, SLTs, and Paediatricians.
- Chair MDT meetings, foster collaboration, and consult on complex cases.
- Implement quality assurance measures and contribute to strategic development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatrist, or Paediatrician (Registered with relevant body).
- 5-7+ years post-qualification experience in ADHD & Autism assessment/treatment.
- Leadership, supervision, and training experience.
- Proficiency in standardised assessment tools (ADOS, ADI-R, Conners).
- Strong decision-making and strategic insight.
