My client in London is looking to appoint a talented Head of Programmes, Strategy & Improvement for Adult Social Care on a Contract basis.
This role will manage the Council's Adult Social Care's improvement priorities in advance of the upcoming CQC inspection.
About the role:
Based in London (Hybrid):
- Lead an effective Programme Management function within the Adult Social Care Directorate, providing strong and motivational leadership to the ASC Improvement Team
- Support the development and delivery of the Adult Social Care improvement priority projects, including playing a lead role in inspection preparation and response
- Oversee the departments communication and coproduction approach ensuring these align to delivery of our vision and link into the corporate strategy and priorities
- Initiate and implement a strong and robust CQC readiness preparation programme of works.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience delivering Adult Social Care improvement programmes for a Local authority.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and partnership working skills.
- Complete understanding of the latest CQC inspection guidelines, with the ability to deliver a readiness programme of work.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £600 per day, inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience
