£43,585 - £49,119 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the therapies department, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement therapeutic programs aligned with organisational goals.
  • Manage and lead a team of therapists, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant professional standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and community organisations.

Qualifications:

  • BSc degree level qualification in either Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
  • Management degree or equivalent experience.
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC).
  • Post-registration training in a relevant specialty.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within therapy services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
