Salary: Up to £73,819 - £85,529 per annum - dependent on experience.

Location: Bristol.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A proven track record in leading school improvement and raising attainment.
• Strong skills in business management, budgeting, accounts, and compliance.
• The ability to inspire and lead a dedicated team through change.
• A passion for creating an inclusive and high-achieving learning environment.

Essential:

• Qualified teacher status ( QTS ).
• Primary Headteacher experience.
• Proven School improvement experience.
