We are currently working with a Local NHS Trust who are seeking a Band 6 Health Visitor to join the Milton Keynes 0-19 Universal Service.
What’s on offer:
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- Contract length: 3 month initial contract with the view of extension
- Location: Milton Keynes
- Rate of pay: £27p/h Umbrella
Key responsibilities:
- Undertake initial family health needs assessments or delegate the responsibility where appropriate to other members of the team
- Offer Health Visitor expertise to clients within a community setting
- Work in partnership with vulnerable families to enable optimum health gains.
- Undertake risk assessments prior to home visits.
