£450 per day - Inside iR35
Initial 3-month contract with a view to being extended.
Hybrid Working, 1-2 days in the office per week.
Are you an experienced SEND Lead with a proven track record?
Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for a Lead SEND Casework Auditor for an interim contract with our client, a local authority in the South West.
The role involves assessing EHC needs, quality of plans, and annual reviews, identifying gaps, and making recommendations for improvement. The individual will report to the SEND Improvement lead, handle complex cases, and be prepared to present to panels.
Duties will include:
- Establish where we are with EHC needs assessments, quality of EHC Plans and annual reviews within the first month.
- Identify gaps in practice for individual child/young person and make recommendations for improvement.
- To report to the SEND Improvement, lead weekly.
- Be prepared to present to panels as required.
Requirements:
- Significant experience working in a managerial or leadership role for a local authority SEND Service (essential)
