Spencer Clarke Group are in the lookout for a Head of Psychology to join our private client who are committed to providing exceptional care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach. The post holder will operate within a hospital setting, encompassing two Acute wards and two PICU wards, housing a total of 52 inpatient beds.
Responsibilities:
- Providing clinical leadership and supervision to a team of psychologists.
- Developing and implementing evidence-based psychological interventions.
- Conducting assessments and formulating treatment plans for patients in crisis.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- A doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or an equivalent qualification.
- Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Substantial post-qualification experience, including experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychological services.
- Open to both children and adults clinical psychologists.
