The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Secondary Maths Teacher to join our committed team. The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
  • Work with small class sizes to provide targeted, individual support.
  • Foster positive relationships with students who may face social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
  • Be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on supporting students' academic and personal development.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school culture that prioritises students' wellbeing alongside academic progress.


What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths and experience teaching Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • A positive, resilient, and patient approach to working with challenging behaviours.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.


Desirable:

  • Experience in alternative provision or working with students with SEND.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
