Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Mental Health Registered Nurse to join one of our public clients in the Isle of Man. The is on a full-time basis working within one of their sites. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, dynamic environment where your contributions will make a real difference to the lives of patients and the local community.
What you'll do:
- Assess, plan, and deliver individualized care to patients with mental health conditions.
- Develop care plans in collaboration with patients, their families, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring and documenting patient progress.
- Offer therapeutic support and interventions to individuals with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and psychosis.
- Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings to ensure the highest standard of care is provided.
- Ensure that patient confidentiality and dignity are maintained at all times.
What we're looking for:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active NMC registration.
- Experience working in mental health settings, with a strong understanding of mental health conditions and treatments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Additional qualifications in mental health nursing or related fields are desirable.
