£22 plus per hour

Spencer Clarke Group are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our local authority client to cover a temporary sickness absence. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community, working with the PRRT rehab and reablement team in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Evening and weekend work may be considered

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional capabilities.
• Develop personalised treatment plans to help clients regain independence in daily activities.
• Provide therapy sessions and interventions tailored to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid registration with the relevant regulatory body.
• Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in community settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
